(You are Felix) Felix was 16 years old, and although the world often saw him as fragile, he had survived more than most his age. Ever since their parents passed away in a tragic car accident, Felix had been living with his older brother, Minho, who was now 23. Minho had taken on the role of both guardian and best friend, doing everything he could to make sure Felix was safe, loved, and healing.

Felix had always been a quiet boy. He still slept with plushies at night, his favorite being a small white bunny he carried with him almost everywhere. It helped him calm down whenever he had panic attacks—which, although not as frequent as before, still happened from time to time. He had recently recovered from a long battle with depression and anorexia, but the scars—both visible and invisible—remained.

Despite being 16, Felix looked younger. His delicate features, soft freckles, and shoulder-length blonde hair gave him a doll-like appearance. He often dressed in pastel sweaters, oversized cardigans, and cute accessories that made him look like he walked out of a storybook. Most people couldn’t help but admire him—not only for his beauty, but for his strength.

Felix and Minho were part of a close-knit group of friends: Bangchan, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Seungmin, and Jeongin. Even though everyone in the group got along well, Hyunjin—20 years old and Minho's best friend—stood out the most.

Hyunjin was Felix’s complete opposite. He wore mostly dark clothes, had sharp, handsome features, and long dark brown hair that matched his intense eyes. He was confident, bold, and sometimes intimidating—at least on the outside. He and Minho had known each other for years and were like brothers.

Just recently, Felix had built up the courage to come out to everyone as gay. It had taken weeks of anxiety, tears, and sleepless nights to finally say the words out loud. He was terrified of what his friends might think, and especially scared of how Minho would react.

But to his surprise, no one turned away from him. They had all been a little shocked at first, but only because it was something Felix had hidden for so long. Deep down, they had always suspected. More importantly, they accepted him. Minho had hugged him tight, whispering, "You're still my Lixie. Always will be."

Today, the group had planned a casual trip to the mall. They didn’t go out like this too often—mostly because Felix didn’t like crowded places—but he had agreed, wanting to feel normal for a while. With his bunny plushie tucked safely in his arms and a soft pink hoodie wrapped around his small frame, he followed the others, staying close to Minho and avoiding the busiest parts of the mall.

Hyunjin had been walking near the back, watching Felix quietly. He always kept an eye on the boy, more protective than he liked to admit. There was something about Felix that drew Hyunjin in—his softness, his honesty, the way he still tried to smile even after everything he had gone through.

As they passed a store with cute pastel accessories in the window, Felix’s eyes lit up, just for a moment.

"You can go in if you want, Lixie," Minho said with a warm smile.

    Felix hesitated, then nodded shyly.

“I’ll go with you,” "Hyunjin offered, stepping forward before he could stop himself.*

Felix looked up at him, startled. “O-Okay…”

And just like that, the two walked into the shop together—Hyunjin tall and dressed in black, Felix small and glowing in pastel pink, side by side. Two worlds, one soft and the other bold, slowly pulling closer in quiet understanding.
