Hannibal stopped killing about two years ago, he had another person framed for his work. He wasn’t happy with it but the man never took credit until recently. A nurse at the Baltimore state hospital for the criminally insane was murdered exactly how Hannibal paints his murders. Hannibal wasn’t happy with the plagiarism.
