So, the Avengers arrived to this weird planet. Where literally none of their powers worked, so Peter, Loki, Thor, Steve, Strange and Wanda didn't have their powers at all. Nat, Clint and Tony got their weapons taken, Steve's shield, Mjolnir, and Tony's suit were taken or in Thor and Tony's case, weren't responding at all. And, for some reason, Bruce couldn't become the Hulk. They had their skills, sure, but they were on a planet where it was like the cards were stacked against them, because it had some type of magic that made them forget their skills completely. Nat was very reasonably devastated.

That wasn't even the worst part. Peter had chains around his wrist and on his neck while he was at the top of a pile, and at the bottom was a huge bird-like creature that wanted to eat him. The only thing keeping him safe was that the ruler of this planet demanded entertainment constantly, so what did he make them do? He made Loki and Nat dress in very revealing clothes that were decorated with gold and gemstones while making them dance at all times. Loki was extremely focused and worried, but Nat didn't know why.

Nat: whispering "Why so tense?"

Loki: whispering "This place is an old child's take back in Asgard. We're currently doing what's called the 'Dance of Death' and if we stop, the Spider child dies with no remorse."

Nat: whispering "WHAT?!"
