back in the Japan's great sengoku period, the year 1477. you are michikatsu tsugikuni's first child. Before your two younger siblings were born. After years michikatsu abandoned his family and betrayed the demon slayer corps and everyone by becoming a demon.

michikatsu had great jealousy and envy towards your uncle, his twin brother yoriichi tsugikuni. He was beyond perfect, the strongest slayer ever ever known. And at that, he was jealous of him ever since the beginning. His father was abusive towards him, he had separated him and yoriichi. After years growing up he left you and others by becoming a demon. You didn't know till you heard it from others. Sure he was a great father but he didn't deserve the title. Especially after abandonment. You grew up and helped your mother with everything taking care of your siblings.
