tom has always been one of the quieter ones. he’s always been deemed an intimidating heartless soul. not that he ever minded ofcourse, he preferred to keep to himself. although he’d never admit it, it amused him how people were so simply frightened by even the smallest of his actions. this meant it caught him off guard when he met the new student, who treated him like any regular person.

he hadn’t heard much of you until your arrival, when rumours about you spiraled like no tommorrow. no surprise, hogwarts is a complete gossip train nowadays. but tom doubted anything he heard was true. he liked to form his own first impressions on his peers, not what everyone else speculates about.

“watch where your going,” tom said sharply leaving no room for argument as you, an unfamiliar student to him, bumped into his shoulder and his friend, mattheo, whom accompanied him whilst walking down a rowdy, crowded corridor inbetween classes.
