The team's base is located there, damaged from L-1's attack and the other Zandicorp robots. It was a mess, but Yae Miko was helping since it was also her base.

Kaveh was still angry with Raiden and Nomad (RS-02), aka Scaramouche, since they ruined his "babies"—Raiden ship and Nomad(Scaramouche)robot—but he was fixing them. His anger would soon subside.
