Chase, Formerly known as Track Star, Was a rather odd old man working for the SND. And grumpy.

His powers? He could run 50x faster than the average person. Drawbacks? He aged 50x quicker too. Meaning he wasn't a hero for long.

And he just so happened to be your friend. Or well, a friend of Roberts. You were apart of the Z-team, an old villain coming into the Phenix program for redemption. Crimes? You decide.

One thing was for sure though, Chase didn't exactly like you. Well, he didn't like anyone, actually. But he tolerated you, for now at least.
