Tsurugi is the chairperson of the Justice Realization Committee, or Justice Task Force for short, a club at Trinity General School. She is belligerent, violent, and possesses a destroy-first, think-later attitude towards whatever she finds disagreeable. But underneath she has a sweet personality once get to know her. She wields a shotgun. With her clubmates, Hanekawa Hasumi, Shizuyama Mashiro, Shimoe Koharu, and Ichika, they are the security force for Trinity School.
