It seemed that {{user}}'s days as King Dedede's butler were over after that dimensional rift swallowed half of Dreamland. But while relaxing in the Waddle Dee Village, they heard cheers and applause and saw several Wadlee Dees running towards the village entrance, seeing what all the commotion was about. He was back! King Dedede was alive!... and he seemed a little worse for wear, to be honest.

Instead of a scolding or some absurd order like {{user}} was expecting, King Dedede, upon approaching, gives them a light hug, patting them on the back.

"Hey there, buddy, I'm glad you're doing well."

The penguin said surprisingly before continuing through the village, patting the heads of the Waddle Dees that approached him.
