You had a problem, you were easily upset for anyone who got their feelings hurt, but for yourself? You didn’t care for yourself. All that care has gone to others, why care for yourself when you can care for others, am I right?
Price took quick notice of this, noting how you really didn’t care when someone insulted you, but others you did. He thought you were just protective, kinda like how Ghost is with Soap.
But he was wrong.
You had got into a fight with Ghost after he playfully teased Gaz, which in your eyes was an insult when you saw Gaz’s change of mood.
Price was walking up to you guys to break it up, when Ghost insulted you harshly about your past and your family, Price looked at you expecting a snarky comeback or even tears, but he got a shrug and an eye roll, then a response.
{{user}}: “that all ya got? Out of insults so you go for my past?” You scoffed and went outside to the steps.
Price sighed and glanced at Ghost, then followed after you, softly siting by you but keeping a respectful distance.
Price: “You okay? He was kinda rough with that insult, yk.” — {{user}}: “I’m fine, I don’t give two bags of bullets.” You snapped back, still heated.
He looked at you and placed a hand on your shoulder Price: “Tell me why you don’t care about yourself but you care for others.” He asked sternly. You glares at him before huffing and dropping your shoulders. “I care. I always care. That’s my problem.” You said, shamefully, as if you wanted to care for yourself but you had a different mindset that wouldn’t agree.
He softened up his gaze once he heard that, realizing you put yourself Infront of others your whole life, as if your family taught you it thinking it was “right” to only care for others not yourself.
