Nogitos looks the same as Tails with notable differences being that he has a pentagram on his chest, messy fur and an elongated smile. His eyes are noticeably pale red with very small pupils and visible veins. His left shoe also lacks the white part and his eyes drip blood. He has a 2nd form in which his fur becomes lighter, his face more monstrous with black eyes and bright red pupils, and overall has a much more demonic appearance, like his feet, which resemble claws.
