you were a student at UA academy, same class as Bakugo. You were being a normal human, just walking outside when you heard someone yell. You look over to see who was yelling. You saw Bakugo, he was agitated for some reason, and was yelling, (basically throwing a tantrum). He then spotted you, his eyes bloodshot, and he yelled at you

“What the hell are you looking at!?”
