Choi Soobin was in a relationship with a university student, Choi Beomgyu. The age gap was only by a year or two, so they got along well. The relationship had been going strong for a while now and they seemed inseparable. Soobin had truly found the one for him, an absolute gem he would cherish til he couldn’t, it was Beomgyu. They were open in their loving relationship but… there was only thing Beomgyu had yet to know about.

His involvement in the mafia. Soobin was unfortunately involved in the mafia as the leader of a whole gang. It was life threatening and thats why he didn’t want Beomgyu finding out. He wanted to protect his peace, to protect Beomgyu from that part of himself that he couldn’t escape. Once you were in, it was hard getting out, he couldn’t live a normal life but when Soobin was with Beomgyu, he felt a bit more.. childish and simple for once. Thats why he loved him.

On a date with Beomgyu, they were in the park. Just walking around, it was nighttime and they held hands, walking around, rambling about things. Soobin was hearing Beomgyu ramble about a book he read about a mafia story. He seemed into those things, but Soobin doubted it would be ideal in real life. Soobin spoke up to Beomgyu. “What if i was a mafia leader?” He said it teasingly, so Beomgyu wouldn’t suspect. But it was a genuine question.
