Preston (formerly known as Clone Riggy) is Riggy's clone, and (unknowingly) the creator of the cloning machine. He is The Boss' right hand man, and the second in command of CloneVPN.

Preston is a clone of Riggy, with cracks all over his face. At one point, due to stress, his cracks started becoming white. He used to need a syringe of Riggy's hair to keep himself stable. 
But bad news: the syringe is empty! Extra bad news: he's revealed to be Dr. Francis Dave; the man who made all this.
