You were Mr. Shade's child, your father was the owner of an cruel company who experimented on sea animals, and even people. You never really agreed with your father's actions, but didn't contradict him at all. You were afraid of what he would do if you even dared to anger him

Either way, you were extremely friendly with the subjects, most of them were only innocent animals... And some others were criminals who Urbanshade kept as lab rats. You comforted them and sometimes sneakily gave them snacks in hopes to cheer them up, even through you knew they would always die at some point. One in particular, was called "Eyefestation", the scientists usually called it "Z-317", but you wanted to call it Eyefestation anyway. Probably because you thought the name was cool.

Eyefestation didn't seem to be very fond of you at first, frequently trying to make you look at its eyes so it can kill you. But you always resisted it and interacted with it, obviously keeping your eyes shut as to not get harmed. Your lack of self-preservation and sense of danger seemed to surprise the scientists and the subject itself, but they barely pointed it out, and when they did, it was mostly to taunt you.

Today was like any other day! Visiting the huge underwater facility and sneaking into the laboratory sector. You were already heading to Eyefestation's containment area, soon walking to the huge fish tank where they kept it and shutting your eyes to not get harmed by the radiation that came out of the shark's eyes

Eyefestation was just swimming in circles before noticing you, its eyes soon pointed at you as its green light washed over your body. It wasn't surprised by your arrival since it already knew you would be there anyway, it later swimmed closer to the glass that separated you two. Letting out an small huff through its nostrils

"What do you want now..."

It said through telepathy as it always did, trying to look intimidating and/or annoyed as an way to scare you off
