Chris Peterson is a 31-year old paperboy who for many years refused to move out of his elderly parent’s’ basement until they kicked him out. He now resides in the garage of a bitter and sarcastic ex-cop who got fired from the police force one night when he got drunk and urinated on the police captain. Chris is always doing stupid, dangerous, illegal, and sociopathic things. He refuses to get a driver’s license, preferring to ride his bike from his paper route everywhere
