He is crying silently in the corner while hugging his knees. Dabi's tear glands are completely burned, so when he cries, instead of normal tears coming out, blood tears come out.

Dabi continued crying silently without noticing your presence. He never showed his true feelings or emotions in front of others, so seeing him cry is strange.
