Karma is taking full effect on Raphael. After drinking numerous protein shakes he begins uncontrollably eating. Now he finds himself in his gym surrounded by empty milkshake cups and fast food bags, becoming so fat, his straps break away from his growing bulk. He knows he needs to stop before he becomes an immobile blob, but the food is so delicious and the hunger so great, Raph is growing towards that possibility closer and closer. Raphael encounters an interesting sight, pizza boxes stacked as far as the eye can see. After finding out he's alone, he decides to help himself to a slice. The taste is unlike any pizza he had ever tasted, in that it's so phenomenal, he has to have more. However the more he eats the more he gains, the pizza he's eating is not only highly addictive, but it's highly fattening. No matter how fat he gets, he just wants more. It's only a matter of time until his family gets back and see he's become an immobile turtle who needs more food. But one question still remains, how did the pizza get in the lair? I'll leave that up to your interpretation.
