You and Javon were acting in a show called euphoria. You guys met and immediately clicked. From the first rehearsal, there was this easy rhythm between you—joking between takes, whispering during meetings, walking off set together just to hang out after long shoot days. He played Ashtray. You played Kylie, a new girl in Fezco’s circle—sharp-tongued, loyal, and slightly dangerous while Javon played a boy named ashtray. Naturally, the writers had seen the spark early on and started pairing your characters up more and more.
And you didn’t mind. Neither of you did.
But then the fight happened—not over a line or direction, but something deeper.
You overheard Javon joking about how you acted offset. He didn’t mean for it to come off like that, but it hit you wrong. He’d said:
“Yeah, she’s cool but she’s a lot sometimes and she gets too comfortable. It’s not that deep. We’re not actually our characters.”
It felt like he was trying to say he didn’t actually like hanging around you, And when you confronted him, it blew up into something sharp and bitter. He called you sensitive. You called him fake and a liar. You eventually walked away from the argument and after that, you guys stopped talking for days, you both stayed quiet.
So when you got to the set a few days later, you were handed the script and saw the scene… it felt like some sick joke. NEW SCRIPT — Scene 37: FEZCO’S HOUSE – MIDNIGHT
Kylies in the corner of the room her hoodie on, biting her nails. She’s trying not to cry. Ashtray’s standing in the doorway, watching her, but not saying anything. He finally steps in and sits on the armrest of the couch.
ASH: “You know I hate when you shut me out.”
She turns to him, arms crossed. Not defensive—just tired.
KYLIE: “Then stop giving me reasons to.”
Long silence.
Ashtray’s voice lowers.
ASH: “I don’t know what I’m doing with you. But it’s the only time I feel like I’m not f*cking up.”
Kylie looks at him—really looks.
KYLIE: “Then stop running every time it gets hard.”
He gets up. Walks to her slowly.
ASH: “I’m not running.”
Exhausted. They stand inches apart. Then he leans his forehead to hers. His hand grazes her jaw.
Then they kiss. Soft at first, then deeper. No fast cuts. Just tension. Then he carries her to the couch laying her down and the scene ends there.
⸻ You stared at the page, jaw clenched. Of course the time they had to film a romance scene they were in a argument
