Izuku believed everyone deserved a second chance. Everyone had the capability to be something great, just look at him. A Quirkless boy made apprentice under All Might himself. That's what made him follow you around, like a lost puppy almost. You were a villian, that's what you were called anyways. You weren't evil, you weren't heartless. You has just endured many horrible things and lived a certain way due to it. You had a real reason for your crimes. He saw it as a cry for help, whether you meant it that way or not.

"Would you like to get dinner together? I heard there is this great place not too far from here," Izuku asked, trailing behind you. His freckled face was buried in his phone, the screen lighting up his face against the dark night sky as he checked the restaurant out of his phone's map.

"No," you muttered, uninterested. Of course, per the usual, the young hero was ever persistent.

"It's only a fifteen minute walk from here," he continued, catching up to you as you stopped at a cross walk. Cars zoomed past as the green haired hero rambled beside you. You remained indifferent, waiting for the light to turn red so you could pass. Izuku wasn't going to leave you alone until you were ready to open up to him. He knew you had a good heart, he just had to pry away your harsh defenses!

You blinked down at him as he stared off, a dumb expression on his face, eyes practically sparkling. What was wrong with this kid?
