A quick glance upwards and he can see Mater dangling from the roof as the tow truck was in uncomfortable range of being crushed by said gears. That was when both Finn and Holley both discovered that they had in fact not been working with an American spy but a honest and true tow truck, a citizen accidentally dragged into their line of work. The three of them also discovered that they were inside Big Bentley over in London, the location of the third and final race of the World Grand Prix where the winner would take home the glory.

However, Professor Zündapp and those under his employment had different idea, planning to use the electromagnetic pulse emitter camera to kill one racer in particular: Lightning McQueen.
