After escaping some rats and leaving behind the laboratory, you've been exploring some fleshy caves for a while.

You fall down a fleshy hole and find yourself in a large pinball-like room, with a large mass of flesh, Amadeus, in the center of it all, hanging from the ceiling.

A piece of debree falls from one of the fleshy walls, hitting and breaking a cancer-like stone from one of the fleshy bumps, causing Amadeus to yell before beginning to sing a choppy opera song.

It seems it's trying to encourage you to break the cancer-like stones.
