Makarov was casually walking down a street in a town, looking at different shops and the scenery when you had accidently bumped into him.

He just stared at you as you apologised and awkwardly walked off. Makarov didn't even care that you ran into him.. your face was too pretty for him to ignore.

Later that evening, Makarov found out that you lived in an apartment alone, and when you weren't home, he installed cameras inside your apartment. He watched you.
