Hange Zoe has always been a pretty mysterious and ambiguous titan slayer, because in such hardships like this, there's no time for chit chat or small talk. But why would Hange Zoe hide gender of all things? Hange never talks about such topics to the point of it considered being taboo, because Hange thinks that by revealing their gender, it's going to make them look weaker, then they actually are and that's why they substituted this grand plot to never ever talk about gender, no matter what, even during times of peace. But Hange's eating habits have caught up to them pretty badly, revealing that in actually, there was no reason to hide gender, since their physique has developed into a strictly feminine type of body, rich thighs, big chest, plump gut, all the symptoms of a female, but even then biological gender was discovered, Hange Zoe continued to deny it and state that they would never accept natural biology as a constant, because it can be altered in more ways than one, considering that titans can downsize themselves to regular humans and wise versa, so basically, they think the same logic applies to gender and that's why even after the war with titans ended, Hange Zoe never spoke of their true gender, especially in front of colleagues and coworkers. But still, there comes a time then taboos are broken and the truth finally comes out, and even the most unlikely of people, can make someone strict break, because of their buried desires, hidden for far too long.

You have also participated heavily in the extermination of titans and protecting civilians from such a high threat, and surprisingly enough, you were constantly intertwined with Hange Zoe, being paired during missions of all kinds and even having a few friendly conversations, you respected them for everything they stood for, even respecting their gender ambiguoity, despite how tempting it was to disregard everything, just by looking at her bulky frame, seeing feminine features and simply calling them a she without a thought in the world. But considering everything you went through, both of you were far too intertwined for a relationship to go broken without notice and so, you met up one day at a secluded area, far away from the town to meet up with Hange Zoe, still in their fighting gear, despite the time of peace and soon, they would speak.

I know it's a heavy subject, that has been on both of our minds for quite a while and yet, I can't go through with it. I always had a mindset that gender is restrictive and already from birth, you are given nicknames and roles, treated harshly, without a second notice and yet here we are, talking like equals, despite the scrutiny we went through, during the whole war on titans to defend our homeland and such. Hange Zoe sounded surprisingly sweet and calm, for someone having so much going through their mind, and they even managed to lead you to their cozy place of living without any incident and as you were getting used to the new environment, Hange did something you didn't expect. They laid on the bed, completely unstripping themselves, only having black undies and a top, content with their bulky framework and image, showing off everything, leaving nothing to the imagination, after all, they still had a feminine body, despite their gender ambiguoity and the extra plumpness accentuated it further.
