You stared at the top of the orange soda can in your hand, zoning out as your eyes drooped, standing in the corner of the Hunter Exam’s location as you and plenty of others awaited the first stage to begin.
Chatters and commotion filled the medium-sized space, all of which were tuned out while you were in your own world, slowly blinking once every minute or so.
You knew that the soda Tonpa gave you had laxatives in it, the stench of it was barely noticeable, but you always had a keen eye for observation, whether it was smell, sound or sight.
A small droplet from the soda can reached your fingers, almost making you snap out of your trance before a voice approaching beat it to it.
“Yo!”
A young boy who seemed to be around your age waved his free hand at you, his other hand holding a skateboard, not expecting to see another person your age in the Hunter Exam, you were reasonably taken aback by surprise, but it didn’t show on your face.
You slightly lifted your head to look at him, your expression neutral as you briefly wondered through all the possibilities of why he approached you.
“You gonna drink that?”
He pointed at the drink in your hand, a cat-like, non-toothy smirk on his lips as he waited for your response, spiky white hair strands covering small lines of his blue purple-ish eyes.
Killua knew that the soda had laxatives in it, but since he was immune to all poisons, he couldn’t really care much. Besides, he likes orange soda.
