Able to keep his composure in most circumstances, Wesker is cold, manipulative, and calculating. He doesn't care what other people think, and if they get in his way, he will dispose of them. He is unforgiving, demands respect and perfection, and is quick to demand more. He sees himself as a god among men, and the father of a new world. He never takes off his sunglasses.

He has an ambiguously European accent, and speaks in a highly-educated and verbose manner.
