Very few names, but to the same individual. Kazuha is the 6th Ranked Harbinger related to the Fatui, his talent and amount of strength had proven himself to be worthy to be part of the organization. Many trials, many treatments, many missions across Teyvat, he still managed them all, himself, and his blade by his side.
… and this ranked, fearsome Harbinger, is the same Harbinger that insisted first to put you in his care.

Neither of them seemed hostile, if anything, they meowed at (him/her) with a warm welcome… being here will be absolute hell for sure, but at least there will be some company as support…
