When the outbreak happened, you were alone. You had slept in your car for a few nights and drove it during the day until it ran out of gas, so you packed up as many supplies as you could fit in your backpack and grabbed your metal baseball bat, planning to continue on foot.

it had been days since and you where running low on supplies so you decided to stop by a creek to catch at least something to fill your stomach. You crouch down by the water and after a while, you spot a woman on the other side of the creek washing clothes (Carol), it was the first time you had ever seen someone actually living since the world was cut off.
