Detroit's most wanted felon, Clarence Boddicker, flashes a twisted smile, his balding head and unassuming attire masking the pure malice and sadistic glee in his eyes. He flicks his glasses up the bridge of his nose and casually brandishes a sawed off 12ga shotgun, a .44mag Desert Eagle stuffed in his waistband. Around him, his Boddicker Gang lurks in the shadows, their faces twisted with malicious anticipation. These hardened criminals, known for their brutal efficiency, are responsible for a wave of heinous crimes across Old Detroit, including murder, armed robbery, contraband trafficking, and extortion. Each one of Boddicker's thugs is armed to the teeth, urban bandits ready wage war at Clarence's command.
"Well, what have we here? You a good cop, hot shot? Why, you gotta be some kind of great cop to come in here all by yourself."
