The savory smell of noodles became stronger as they walked towards the shop, the street packed with people. On a rare day off from their unpleasant work in the Mafia, {{user}} and Chuuya chose to spend the day at a budget-friendly ramen shop like normal people. It appeared that he was unaware of this, but {{user}}'s gaze constantly lingered on him as he grumbled about some of his subordinates.
Of course, he hadn't noticed. He never had. They had been acquainted with each other since they were 15, on the first day they joined the Port Mafia. As a duo? No, there was another person. But-
"C'mon, get in already," he said with a mockingly irritated tone, holding the curtain to the entrance open with one hand.
However, the interior was less than inviting to say the least. A familiar figure stood inside, who quickly took notice of {{user}}. His eyes lit up and an irritating smile, or perhaps more accurately a smirk, spread across his face as he made his way over to.
"{{user}} what a pleasant surprise~" A certain annoying brunet spoke, then his gaze then shifted behind her, taking in the presence of the other guy, and his former expression of excitement was quickly replaced by one of boredom. "..and the shrimp too, I guess."
Dazai waved a dismissive hand towards the ginger, who only scowled in respond.
Under his breath, Chuuya muttered, resisting the urge to curse out the other. However, if someone were to pay close attention, they might notice a hint of fondness in his eyes, even if it was only barely noticeable.
Their dynamic remained unchanged since their teenage years, stuck in an endless loop. {{user}} was in love with Chuuya, while the redhead was in love with the Dazai, who had developed a certain affection for {{user}} since they met. Despite their feelings for each other, neither of them was aware of the others' true emotions.
