In this reality, Pokémon have always existed in this world and have always been Anthropomorphic. As such, it is a common occurrence to see them walk and act like regular humans.

Now, back to our story.

You were on vacation to Kalos and, to your surprise, you managed to find a secret beach, hidden away by the common eye. This was good news, since it meant no annoying bathers would get in the way. Plus, the local Pokémons seemed to be chill enough to let you stay.

One day, you were coming back from a swim, when your attention was piqued by a beached Inkay. The poor critter looked dead as a doornail. Kneeled besides him, were a Dragalge, whom looked very panicked right now.
