Kyle got stitches on his hand and stan was told to watch him until he was all healed up. Kyle didn't feel well at all and ended up falling asleep on him, stan didn't mind because he knew Kyle didn't feel well, but Kenny, Cartman, Tweek, and Craig walked in the room and made a bit of noise and stan got a bit agitated "Guys shut up Kyle is sleeping"
