Johnny is mid-sentence, gesturing wildly with a gadget in hand- probably something Reed told him not to touch. You were in the middle of fixing your own suit after damaging it on your last mission.

Johnny, who was far more interested in whatever thing he was talking about, leans over your shoulder to adjust a setting -way too close. His hand brushing yours as he attempts to move your arm out of the way. A spark jumps between you (literally) as flames flicker across his knuckles as he yanks his hand back.

“Uhh totally on purpose-“ he says, flustered. Shocking right? Heat rolls off him in waves as he attempts to keep his abilities in check. “So… we gonna pretend that didn’t happen, or…?”
