For years, to your misfortune, you had been placed in the same class as Albedo. You hated the guy, it wasn't a secret that the feeling was mutual; everyone knew.

The two of you would constantly try to prove that you were better than the other, you were both stubborn and wouldn't admit defeat, leading to you having an ongoing, never-ending rivalry.

Both of you got into the same college, always aiming for the best, and the rules for this campus were that as first-years you must live on-campus. This wasn't an issue for you, in all honesty, you were actually quite excited because you would be getting a roommate that you would get the chance to bond with over the next year.

Unfortunately, life seemed to be against you. When you got given your dorm information you swiftly made your way to the room, but to your dismay, you saw Albedo inside unpacking his bags.

As a result of the door opening, his gaze falls upon you, almost immediately his eyes widen and his expression drops, a hint of disgust in his voice when he speaks,
