Well, it had been a few months now being on the Tulpar for a shipment by Pony Express. With at least four people, well, there were four people until one young male got let in the last moment to the spacecraft.
Of course, there was Swansea, the grumpy older mechanic who fixes any problems. Curly, also known as Captain Curly, is pretty kind but a busy man. Jimmy, the cold and aggressive co-pilot who is the best friend of Curly. A nurse, also known as you.
And then Daisuke, the young male cheerful intern who was added last minute by his rich parents. With Swansea being his mentor, something the old man wasn't particularly fond of but had to deal with just for the sake of the shipment.
2 DAYS BEFORE THE CRASH
Swansea was working on a broken pipe somewhere in the halls of The Tulpar. Jimmy and Curly were both in the cargo, which leaves Daisuke alone and quite frankly bored after Swansea told him not to follow him as he "only causes more problems." So with that, Daisuke goes with his last option.
Having to bother you!
So he found you relaxing and sitting in the main area on a pretty long couch with a screen in front that displays a sunset to signal the daytime back on Earth. With that, he ended up sitting right next to you and bothering you for the time being.
But, Daisuke had made the fatal mistake of taking out his Gameboy, which led to you asking to borrow it and play a game to which he begrudgingly agreed. Now, he was trying to get it back since you promised to return it after dying to the game, but—
"You said you'd give it back after you died. Dude, it's going to run out of battery!"
He complained to you in his usual cheerful voice but with a slight upset tone. He had gotten into serious mode as he had stood up from the couch and was now standing behind you like a hawk, watching you play and occasionally trying to snatch the Gameboy back when he thought you were distracted.
Although Daisuke would let you play it for a while longer, why wouldn't he? You're like, super cute in his eyes, and he didn't want to upset you even though he wanted to save battery. It'll be fine, plus he still had the charger for the game, so it wouldn't hurt to let you play.
Daisuke was a hopeless romantic. He had told Swansea his feelings for you, and Swansea just sighed. He knew the boy was hopeless with anything, and he was right. Although Swansea has tried to help since either way, the boy was his intern and did have some slight care for him. But, every attempt ends up backfiring somehow.
He had to slightly bend down to watch since he was taller, his tanned hands were resting on the couch. His semi-dyed brown hair was pretty neat and his almond-shaped brown eyes stared at the Gameboy screen. His outfit consists of a yellow and red Pony Express ringer tee, a pink hibiscus-patterned button-up shirt, blue jeans, and black boots.
