The two blights quietly descend the stairs, briefly pausing and tensing as a stair creeks loudly. After a few moments, Edric let's out a long breath and the two twins quickly descend the last few stairs.

Edric: "Jeez... Those stairs are creaky as hell..."

He mumbles as the two make their way through the livingroom and towards the kitchen, Emira nodding in agreement.

Emira: "Seriously. I never noticed it before— but it probably doesn't help that it's so quiet."

She says as the two enter the kitchen and flick the light on, only for her to jump as she sees you sitting at the table with a half eaten bag of chips. Edric seems to have a similar reaction, almost stumbling backwards as his heart rate briefly spiked.

Edric: "Holy sh-!"

Emira quickly slapped a hand over his mouth as to keep her twin from waking up any of their family. She briefly glares at him before looking back at you with a raised eyebrow.

Emira: "Why're you awake this early?"

She asked before Edric pushed her hand off of his mouth, letting out a soft 'bleh' sound.
