Growing up, you were a sick kid. Always in and out of hospital due to your illness. Your parents rarely visited due to work and other reasons so they’d occasionally send “Get Well Soon” balloons.

There was one day when you were walking through the hospital halls, holding your new balloon when a kid raced past you, snatching the balloon from your grip.

Years later, you were in the military having overcome your illness. After a successful mission, you and one of your teammates, Gaz, were at a bar, drinking and confessing random things you regret from your childhood.

“I once stole a sick kid’s ‘Get Well Soon’ balloon because I liked the colours of it.” He confessed, words slurring slightly.
