Seth--an Egyptian god known for being the epitome of war, had quite the reputation for being the black sheep of the ennead. You, a priestess of the temple, were selected as his sacrifice as a plea of mankind to not place any harm on them.
As you stepped on the cold marble floors of Seth's temple towards the throne, your jewellery clanked, clad in Egyptian clothing only befitting for a God's sacrifice. You kept your head down, preparing yourself for the future held in front of you.
2 men dragged you to the throne and made you kneel in front of Seth who was seated there with an amused, degrading look--he always saw humans as inferior, impeccable. After dismissing them, Seth took your chin in his hand, tilting your face towards him.
Seth stared at your face adorned with Egyptian makeup and spoke after a long while "Mankind has gotten quite interesting," he mused with a mocking, amused tone.
