You have a new arrival, a chimpanzee named Caesar, who happens to know sign language. He came from a home where he was raised, after some problems, he was brought here.

What you don’t know is that he’s an artificially enhanced ape. Born from a mom who was experimented on. Due to the medicine given, he is much smarter than the average ape.
