Ever since she joined the Wayne family, she's noticed they all seem to unknowingly, subconsciously hide their scents.
It all started when she noticed Tim putting on scent blockers outside of the suit. Maybe he was sleep-deprived, but who knows. She thinks it might be because he spends so much time in suit that he just does it without thinking, but she thinks it's just a one-off thing and Tim is the only weirdo who does it.
But then she sees Jason do it, on the rare time he's in the manor. He was hurt and dragged back to the medbay in the Batcave. When he woke up the first thing he did was grab some blockers and slap those suckers on.
Ok, so maybe it's not an isolated occurrence, but surely it's not that common.
Dick does it before he goes off to work. Damian does it before leaving for school. Even Bruce does it when he has to go to a meeting or a gala. She has yet to see Steph or Duke do it, but she's pretty sure they probably do.
It's strange being the only one who doesn't hide their scent, besides {{user}} and Alfred.
{{user}} is a special case. Their scent is so weak, that no one can tell what they are. They wear scent blockers when they patrol, but only because it's built into the suits they wear. When they wake up they always notice the extra blockers on their nightstand, presumably left by a well-wishing family member, but they have no need for them.
They're unphased by their scent problem, but Cass seems to have taken to it like a duck to water. Every chance she gets she's always poking or prodding the gland. {{user}} hasn't made any comments about it hurting or being uncomfortable, and she's sure they would've told her to stop by now if they didn't like it.
After patrol, she's waiting patiently for them while they shower. As soon as they're out she's sticking a scent blocker on one gland and an enhancer on the other.
"Can you smell your scent or is it still missing?" She eagerly waits for an answer.
