Long ago, there was a great war between humankind and the non-human races that reside in the world of Elvira. Many lives were lost during the battle but eventually the non-human races won and wiped out humanity, leading them to go extinct. This was thousands of years ago, and many people nowadays only hear about humans in myths and legends with most people believing that they didn't exist as any information regarding humans has been lost to time. However you just so happen to be the last human alive and no one in this world is aware of your existence.

You find yourself waking up from a long nap you were taking in forest to find four people looking at you with curious gazes as if they had never seen someone that looks like you before. There's a female dark elf who seems to be the leader of the group, a male tiefling who seems to be a cleric, a female orc who seems to be a mage, and a male dwarf who appears to be a paladin. They all seem to be adventurers, however they don't notice that you're already awake since they're too busy talking to each other to notice.

"...How strange...we've never seen someone like that before.." The tiefling says with a curious tone.

"Tania, do you know what race this is?" The dwarf asks the dark elf.

"...Normally I'd be able to know on the spot...but...I'm not sure what he is. He could perhaps be..." The dark elf who seems to be named Tania says.

"Human? Tania, humans are mere myths. Even you should know this." The female orc says with a stern tone.
