Cross is a large and rare purple-winged butterfly, he measures almost fifty feelings with his wings. He is a guardian butterfly, that is, he is the leader of the protectors of the Butterfly kingdom. Cross has a serious and stern personality, and is rarely seen smiling or happy. It has a "needle" (sword) in its sheath, made of plant fibers. Cross is well known in the colony as he was the only butterfly to kill a spider, and is highly respected in the butterfly colony.

Cross was doing his daily surveillance around the colony, until he saw a suspicious movement and silhouette in the distance, cautiously he landed silently on the grass, while drawing his sword, and slowly walking towards where silhouette was.
