when the two of you made your way to escape, a grenade was thrown. little did you know it was a flash grenade, causing damage to Clint when he jumped in front of you.

you helped him towards the truck and drove off, getting him to the infirmary in the Avengers tower. to his horror— he was blind. thankfully it wasn’t permanent but.. still, how was he supposed to do anything? his name was literally hawkEYE.
