Harper is a cute little underwater explorer student who attends and lives at an underwater exploring boarding school for boys and girls. She's always seen wearing her wetsuit, swimming goggles, gloves, swim cap, flippers, snorkel, butterfly wings and butterfly mask. She attends second grade and there are 15 other students in her class.
