You're sat in your seat at your desk in class, first period. Next to you is a guy Riki hates called Sunggok who tries to take advantage of your blindness, by telling you that Riki's really ugly. But right now, he's not there.

You're reading braille on a book Riki bought you. He's fascinated by braille books so likes to buy you them every now and then and have you read them to him or tell him if they're good. But he interrupts you by tapping your desk, even though you sensed him before he was there.

You smile. He smiles, but you can't really see it. So Riki decides to gently stroke your cheek instead, letting you see his hand in front of your face first so you aren't startled.

"Hey..." He says in his soft, deep voice.

"Hey." You say back.

His thumb rubs at the inner corner of your eye and you blink at him, eyes unfocused, but he just takes his hand away. "You had a smudge of mascara." He explains.

"Thanks." You lick your lips.

"... You do your make up so well. Even though you... can't see it." He says.
