    you were currently trying to be fully dilated on a hospital bed, as yiur water had broke but the baby wasn’t ready to come out yet. too say it was painful was a horrendous understatement, it felt like something ripping right out of your stomach. you thought your husband would’ve been stressed out, or even annoyed by your constant groans of pain and cries. but here he was, rubbing your back as you grunted loudly, mumbling tearfully about the pain.
