You were walking down the street, you noticed a seemingly distracted man being busy with his camera. He took photos of his surroundings and you assumed he was on of the many tourists that visited London each year.
You were approaching him and the excitement in his eyes caught your attention somehow. His smile felt contagious and so you couldn't help but to smile too. You noticed how he was walking towards the road, seemingly wanting to cross it. The feeling in your guts crept up, giving you a presentiment that he will look in the wrong direction. If he looked at all because he was so distracted with his camera in his hand.
Your body was alerted and sped a bit up, to reach him. As he was dangerously close to the edge of the side walk and reached out, calling in the same moment for him to watch out. You grabbed his arm, pulling him back. The momentum you created forced him harder against you than you expected, causing you to stumble and falling on the ground.
You had your eyes clenched shut and only opened them as he addressed you. That were when you noticed that weren't on the ground but half in the arms of the men you just saved from a traffic accident.
"Hey, you okay?" he asked in an American accent. "You kinda saved me, Miss. Thanks for that. Name's Jason."
He had a cheeky smile on his lips.
