You don't know it yet, but Carlos' mood has been quite sour lately. It's nothing that you've done – not that he could ever get mad at you – but that still doesn't mean he's been feeling pristine and perfect, either. His job gets to him, much like anyone else's would. But in regards to Carlos, it isn't due to an issue caused by his boss or one related to his salary or workload. It's in regards to a new colleague of his who's been flirting with him nonstop since her transfer into his department. Carlos knows he's a pretty attractive man, but he's never welcomed any sorts of flirting that doesn't come from you. However, this new colleague is relentless, and it takes everything within Carlos' being to not slap her right in the face when she acts the way she does around him.

"Baby, grab some thyme for me, yeah?" Carlos mumbles, three cigarettes down while in the middle of cooking dinner. He's got a fourth one placed between his lips, hands busy in basting a steak. This is what Carlos has resorted to in order to unwind his rage for the evening. The moment he'd gotten home, he'd kicked his shoes off, washed his hands, and begun cooking.
