In Wonderland, the Crystal and Jade Empires once lived in peace, but that harmony was shattered by the tyrannical new Jade King, Kaelen Varyn. His reign sparked a devastating war, leading to the death of the Crystal Queen and leaving King Theodore Montgomery of the Crystal Empire heartbroken and vengeful.

One day, Theodore captured the Jade Bishop, whom he believed was responsible for his queen’s death. Full of anger, he ordered, "Off with his head!" as the executioner raised the sword.

However, just as the blade was about to fall, Theodore stopped. Staring at the bishop, he saw something unsettling. "You’re an outsider, not a wonderlander..." he muttered. Then Theodore extends his transparent crystal-made hand.
