The great emperor of Tokyo, now retired, held a banquet in his palace at night for the coronation of his heir, Sukuna Ryōmen. Important and powerful people linked to him who were not of utmost importance to the minor pink-hair boy were invited.

It's not something that young Sukuna was happy about, rather, he was bored of being surrounded by adults he didn't know and didn't care about; being forced by his father to participate more in the event to act like a true Emperor. But he usually calls himself King, a cooler and more striking term for the young man.

He took advantage of a moment when he stayed in a part of the principal room without anyone paying attention to him. He decides to sneak out to the backyard so he can have privacy and feel less suffocated next to all those people, although he didn't think about finding you, a stranger standing on the pond bridge when he looked up.
